A little bit country... {Albuquerque kids and family photographer}

I had such a great time with this family.  I had met Mom before, and was super excited to meet the rest of the family as well!  Mom was so prepared with locations, matching outfits, and even a super secret weapon to get the kids to smile.  Oh, if we all had a terrific Auntie to bring to shoots!  Thanks guys! 

Who doesn't need a picture like this!?!  When he is a Dad his parents can pull this picture out when he complains about the temper tantrums his kids are throwing!!  Ah....I have a 3 year old, I know that look all too well!

I was made aware the other day that school starts in less than three weeks here...  As tired as I am of hearing my girls fight, I am really not ready for summer to come to an end!  So, I am wishing you some lazy days of summer!

A loverly July Wedding {Albuquerque Wedding Photographer}

I had the great pleasure of photographing this gorgeous couple.  They got married in the Idaho Falls LDS temple.  They decided to do a "formal" (Bridals with the Groom) shoot that morning, before the wedding.  We even did a "first look" sequence it which I captured the Grooms face when he first saw his loverly Bride-to-be in her dress.  It was so much fun!  And, it was great to have the time to get some really great pictures, without being rushed to go to the reception!  I would highly recommend Bridals (or formals) for any of my Brides who want a lot of more formal (as apposed to more candid) pictures of her (or them) in their wedding duds.  So, without further adieu, here are the Formals....

What a loverly ring!

The weather couldn't have been more perfect (it was Idaho, and it wasn't snowing, so it was great!)

I like to have a little fun!  (We also did something similar for "thank you" cards!!)

I love these two shots.  But, the best one, the last one, I didn't post.  I think that the Bride promised me something like cookies for life if I never showed the picture....:)

Another fun family! {Albuquerque New Mexico Family Photographer}

I met this fun family up in the canyon for their pictures.  Can you guess what their favorite past time is??  Thanks for the fun guys, I am glad that we all made it out of the river without hypothermia!
