Week 11

"Shhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!"

We went to my cousins to see their puppies.  Eldest daughter had spent a long time getting her favorite puppy (she named it Lily) to sleep.  She was not happy when we were noisy!

Week 10

And thus we see: cameras are dangerous.  

Eldest daughter took a good whack in the head from youngest daughters camera.  I would like to say the story went that youngest daughter was moving around to get a good shot and her camera hit eldest daughter in the head.  But alas, youngest daughter is only 2 and truth be told she actually threw her camera across the back seat and hit her sister.  I told eldest daughter that it was probably going to turn into a good bruise.  She HATES having any attention drawn to her and so she was very happy that this week is Spring Break and she has a week for it to go away.  Because, as she says, she will be very mad if she has to "wear it to school"!!

This picture was taken this afternoon as eldest daughter and some friends played in the backyard.  It was LUVERLY!  She gave me about 5 seconds to snap a picture before she was half way across the yard!

Week 9

The weather finally warmed up this week.  The sun is so energizing!  Spring is my favorite season.  There is such a sense of anticipation waiting for the flowers to show there colors.  Happy Spring!!!

Week 8

Who's ready for Spring??

Sick kids at my house all this week!  Blah!  Cold weather, snow.  Double blah!  I am happy to report that today little one's fever is gone, she is perked up, and so has the weather.  I was delighted to find this guy and three other little friends growing in the flower bed!  Now, if Mother Nature will just agree with the flowers and bring on Spring already!

Just a little peak....

WHAT is that white stuff falling from the sky?  I know it is only February, but seriously I have some Spring Fever going on!  Mother Nature is so mean!  She warms the weather up just enough that I pull out the capris and the flip flops...and then freezing my backside off the very next day!  

I have found some great new locations (that are great even in this fickle weather!), and am looking forward to sharing them with you!
